Cancellation Policy
Planning your event/celebration should be stress-free — and that starts with clear and simple policies. Booking & Deposit: A 50% deposit non-refundable and no-transferable (to another child or family/friend) of the cost of our party package is required to reserve your party date. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit applies toward your total event cost. All reservations must be made at least one (1) month in advance, subject to availability No shows will not be refunded under any circumstances Final Payment: Remaining balance will be due no later than two (2) weeks before the party and add-ons will be finalized and paid two (2) weeks prior to the party. If full payment is not received by then, your booking may be released. We accept credit card, cash and zelle payment. Rescheduling: No problem! We know things come up, and we're happy to help you move your party to a new date (based on availability). Just give us a heads-up at least 14 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it work — no extra fees.
