Deposit, Payment & Refund Policy
Planning your event/celebration should be stress-free — and that starts with clear and simple policies.
Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party date.

Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The deposit applies toward your total event cost.
Final Payment

Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event.

If full payment is not received by then, your booking may be released.

Refund Policy (on Deposit)

95% refundable if canceled 30 days before the event

50% refundable if canceled 14 days before the event

Non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days before the event
Refunds apply to the deposit only. Full payments made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
No problem! We know things come up, and we're happy to help you move your party to a new date (based on availability). Just give us a heads-up at least 14 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it work — no extra fees.
