Item Selection Standards

Pricing is determined based on brand, condition, market demand, and current trends.
We primarily accept items from ZARA and above, including brands sold at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
We do not accept fast fashion or low-cost brands such as Shein, Carter, H&M etc.
We accept children's clothing from 2-14 years of age.

Accepted Items

All items must be in like-new or new-with-tags condition.
Items should be brought to us cleaned with no stains, odors, pet hair, rips, pilling, missing buttons, excessive wear/wash.
Toffeetots reserves the right to accept or reject any item based on condition, brand, style, and seasonality.
Items not accepted for buyout will be set aside for donation to a local charity. If the seller wishes to retrieve these items, they must do so within 7 days of notification, otherwise donation will be arranged.
Headwear/footwear, baby toys/essentials, toys, home goods, swimwear/pajamas and non-clothing products will not be accepted.
